Delivery & Shipping

Items that are in stock are normally shipped a couple of working days after receiving payment. Goods manufactured after payment is received are shipped as soon as possible after manufacture.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase according to the law on distance contracts and off-premises contracts. If you, as a customer, want to invoke your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you have handled the product to a greater extent than was necessary to determine the product's properties or function, Sloydjuntan has the right to make a depreciation deduction of up to 100% of the product's price. The reduction in value deduction is determined in each individual case depending on the type of item you purchased and the reduction in value that occurred due to handling.

Exemption from the right of withdrawal
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are special orders that have been given a clear personal touch or that are not normally included in our range but have been manufactured according to specifications specified by you and which therefore cannot be sold to another consumer if they are returned.  

What should I do if I want to exercise the right of withdrawal?
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods must be sent by post to Sloydjuntan. Do this:

  • Email us at info@sloydjuntan.se. Enter your order number and that you want to return an item.
  • We will email or post you a return shipping slip that you can print and attach to your package.
  • Hand the package in at your nearest Postnord agent. We are responsible for the shipping.
  • You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standardized cancellation form if you want to cancel your purchase. You will find it here.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item at the latest. Refunds are made via PayPal or Stripe and the full amount is refunded (including shipping, taxes and charges) provided that the goods are covered by the right of withdrawal (see above).

Complaint

If your delivery is incorrect, damaged or incomplete, you must, as soon as the error is discovered, make a complaint by emailing us. You have the right to complain about the product within three years of purchase. If you need to send in the incorrect, damaged or incomplete item by post, we will cover the shipping. we provide you with a return shipping slip.

Customs, Duties and Taxes on International Deliveries

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs duties, import duties and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. These and other additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these government fees and they vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Dispute

If you think that an item you have bought from us is incorrect but we do not agree with you, then a dispute has arisen. To have this dispute tried, you can contact the General Complaints Board (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se or use the EU's common online platform for dispute resolution, which you can find here.
