Description
A hand-forged and turned carbon rose knife.
The blades are forged from silver steel, and hardened but not tanned to be able to preserve the sharpness longer. It makes them a little easier to break, but in carbonation, in any case, I'd rather have a sharp blade for a long time than a knife I can throw with.
The blade is wide so that you can get wide cuts.
The shaft is turned from a piece of wood that I consider particularly beautiful in its own right or I paint it a beautiful color. Finally, it is treated with linseed oil.
Each shaft has a rounded end so that you can use the shaft itself to be able to polish the fibers closed.
